Bionic Buffalo shipped a subset implementation of DSM-CC (ISO/IEC 13818-6) in 1996, and was the first to offer an implementation of all six DSM-CC protocols in 1999. Components have been installed and shipped in set-top boxes and servers world-wide.
Our DSM-CC components are offered with a manufacturing license not requiring per-unit royalties.
