The Dalton Wilson Affair, Part I: by Michael Marking and Nancy E. Fleming. Narrative, comments, and points of law on Dalton Wilson's battles with the Bureau of Land Management, Lander County, and the court system itself. Part I starts in the middle of the story, near the beginning of Wilson v. Atlas Towing et al., (though not with the events leading up to it), and continues to Wilson's amended complaint in June 2011. Part II will pick the story up there. Future parts (Part III, Part IV, and so on) will go back to the beginning, and will cover the Federal cases. This is Revision A, 2011.10.11.
This is thirty pages, including extensive footnotes. Legal authorities are cited. We'll add a shorter summary (maybe a few paragraphs) of the entire story, which goes back years, as we get to it.
