tatanka.com home > engineering > technical notes Technical NotesPrior to Bionic Buffalo (that is, before 1995), I would occasionally write technical papers on various topics. Sometimes these were as part of materials for classes or seminars I would teach, sometimes they were derived from my own study of a topic to bring myself up to speed on some subject, and sometimes they were adjunct to marketing collateral. (Think "white papers".) I didn't have a name for them collectively, until Bionic Buffalo, when I started calling them “Tech Notes”. Even though the Bionic Buffalo ones are now fairly antique, they still get light traffic so I leave those up here. After a hiatus of a decade, I find myself writing them again, and plan to put them here as I clean them up. So far, none, but coming soon. Meanwhile, I have created a mailing list, to send them out as they are completed. To find out more, or to subscribe, please go here. To keep the number designations straight, these are called the C series, distinguishing them from the B series (Bionic Buffalo) and the earlier A series notes. |
